You'll need a current, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID all work. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized. Make sure your ID is not expired.
How far in advance do I need to book?

Do you serve hospitals and care facilities?

What is an apostille and do I need one?

You typically need one if you're using a California document abroad — for things like adoptions, marriage, education, business, or immigration. Can you notarize documents in languages other than English?

A notary public notarizes signatures, not document content — so yes, we can notarize foreign-language documents as long as the signer communicates with us in English and understands what they're signing. We cannot provide translation services.
