Absolutely. We regularly work with title companies, signing platforms, and real estate professionals.
If a signer is unwilling or unable to sign, the notary cannot proceed. A travel fee may still be charged if the appointment has begun.
Notarization fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Travel fees are also non-refundable unless canceled with advance notice.
