Yes — as long as the notarial wording is in English and you understand what you're signing. We do not need to understand the entire content of the document, only that it is complete and that you are willingly signing.

If a signer is unwilling or unable to sign, the notary cannot proceed. A travel fee may still be charged if the appointment has begun.

Notarization fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Travel fees are also non-refundable unless canceled with advance notice.
